Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us if you have any problems with your pop culture order. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Returns & Exchanges need to be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping costs on any returned or exchanged item. If item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value​​​​​​​

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays once your item(s) is shipped or for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

How long before my item(s) arrive?

  • Our online gift shop normally ships items within 1-3 business days.

  • Personalized gifts will ship within 3-5 business days.

  • Business Days are Monday-Friday excluding Saturdays, Sundays and any Holidays

  • You will receive shipping information with the tracking number to your package and the expected arrival date as well. This is not a guaranteed date, only when it’s expected to arrive without any delays. If you need an item delivered by a certain date, please let us know ahead of time so arrangements can be made to have your shipping preference and cost adjusted for Express or Overnight Delivery.

Damaged Items

We include shipping insurance with every purchase. If you received an item that you didn't order or if your item is broken upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours.

  • Please forward pictures of how the package looks on the outside and what the inside looks like including the item that is broken or not what you ordered.

  • Items damaged during shipment will be recreated and shipped back out within 1-3 business days free of charge, and we will file all necessary insurance claims.
